  • Shanti: Shanti means peace and is often chanted three times to represent peace in body, mind, and spirit. It is a key concept in Hindu prayers and rituals.
  • Universal Peace: Hinduism teaches that peace should be extended to all beings and the environment. Inner peace is achieved through meditation, yoga, and living a balanced life in accordance with dharma (righteousness).
